Jake’s background is in Community Banking, which taught him to create relationships within the community with the purpose of adding value. This has led him to a successful 20-year career along with long term relationships.

Jake works with clients in a variety of industries including medical, manufacturing, construction, and service. The relationships he builds with his clients has significant impact, leading to their willingness to be COIs and referral sources.

Prior to management, Jake was awarded as the Top Commercial Banker for three years in a row. Since, he has proudly led multiple, successful teams of Commercial Bankers. Active in his community, Jake has been recognized for his work with the Good Cheer Fund, where he is the Chairman and led for the past 14 years. He is also active with the Franklin Community Schools Board, Aspire Johnson County, and the United Way.

SVP, Commercial Relationship Manager

Brad has more than 15 years of banking experience and currently serves as a SVP, Commercial Relationship Manager. His background in business development, credit, leadership, program management, sales training, and coaching, add to his mindful but competitive technique with clients.

One of his strongest attributes is the ability to connect with clients and build meaningful relationships with them. His genuine approach allows him to be fully invested in the success of his clients. Serving on Board of Governors at the Skyline Club also makes him a great connector of people, which in turn helps his clients get connected to the right people that can help them grow.

Brad has consistently been a top performer in several different roles but prides himself on the countless number of people he has developed and mentored throughout the First Financial Bank organization.

Lauren has more than twelve years of experience in the banking experience, with eight years focused on Treasury Management. She joined First Financial Bank in 2024 and takes pride in working for her clients and helping them find the best products and services for their needs.

A graduate of Purdue University, Lauren also has her ACH Accredited Professional (AAP) certification, which demonstrates a commitment to understanding and excelling in electronic payments, with an emphasis on topics related to the ACH Network. She is motivated by the challenges that face her clients and discovering innovative solutions to help them succeed. Her creativity and reliability have been key to developing strong relationships with clients for many years.

In alignment with First Financial Bank’s commitment to Local f1RST, Lauren volunteers to clean local walking trails and is a Committee Member for the Heartland Walk to End Alzheimer’s. In her spare time, she paints and makes art, celebrating it as a beautiful form of communication.

With more than a decade of retail banking experience, Jorden loves working with First Financial Bank due to their commitment to supporting the community and how she can make a positive different in people’s lives every day.

Jorden has built strong partnerships with different lines of business, and her passion for collaboration has enabled her to serve a wide variety of clients including Goodwill of Central Indiana, Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, Monarch Beverages, and Exodus Refugees.

Her record for going above and beyond can be seen in the fact that Jorden has been named to the Leaders Circle five times and was recognized as an annual Leaders Circle Winner in 2022.

Through her role as a WORKlife Specialist, Jorden is extremely involved in the community. Some of the community organizations Jorden is involved with include Back on my Feet, Community Action of Greater Indianapolis, PACE Indy, and Geans Management, where she provides monthly financial education and helps under-banked individuals open checking accounts.

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including founding and operating his own investment bank / consulting firm, as well as working in credit origination roles with well-known institutions such as Lehman Brothers, PNC Bank, GE Capital, and White Oak Commercial Finance, a non-bank lender.  

Joining First Financial Bank in November of 2023, Michael appreciates the shared priority of providing mutually beneficial, interactive banking solutions for clients seeking a consultative and hands-on approach to banking. The Bank’s local delivery model encourages market-based decision making with its breadth of product offerings, allowing for a customized approach to relationships and firepower comparable to larger institutions. 

Michael earned his Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington and earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and graduated cum laude from Butler University. While at Butler, Michael was a heavily decorated student athlete as four-year letter winner for Butler's I-AA Football Team, including being a Two-time winner of the GTE Academic All-American for Football—one of only 22 recipients in 1998 and 1999.

Cindy has more than 35 years of banking experience in financial services. She joined First Financial Bank in 2022, excited for the opportunity for growth with a company who still cared about the clients who were part of the community not just a number.

Cindy’s experience has offered her diplomas in Consumer Lending, Mortgage Lending, General Banking and Retail Banking, in addition to Small Business Champion Certification. Cindy is also a 2012 Leadership Johnson County Graduate and a 2018 Brown County Leadership Graduate.

Cindy has served on numerous boards and continues to stay active in her community. You can always find her out and about with old and new friends. She and her family love the outdoors and she will tell you she is a closet baker and planting loving country girl who loves her family.

Being part of a local community and making a difference in his client’s lives is what brought Chris to First Financial from a larger East Coast bank. He joined in 2015 starting in the Commercial Credit department and worked his way to his current Commercial Banking role.

Chris works with his client to best utilize the bank’s programs and connects with current clients that have not had a stable relationship manager in the past.

Being a 2020 Leaders Circle Annual Winner and 2022 Q4 Leaders Circle Winner proves Chris goes above and beyond for both his clients and his coworkers. Active in his community, Chris volunteers with Indy Downtown Rotary, Hamilton County Feeding Team, and the Athletic and Alumni Board of UIndy.

Spending the better part of his past 25 years in banking, Kevin works with his commercial clients to help meet their financial objectives. Kevin joined First Financial Bank because, while the bank offers a wide array of products and services clients need to fulfill those goals, the local decision making and the bank’s sincere focus on service levels, not only aligns with Kevin’s personal passions, but also sets First Financial Bank aside from its peers.

Aligning with the bank's proudly local pillar, Kevin volunteers for several non-profits in his community including, Alzheimer’s Association, ALS of Indiana, Civic Theatre, John Boner Center and has started his tenure on the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees at St. Mary-of-the-Woods College.

When she’s not helping clients work to achieve their financial goals, Lindsey enjoys golfing, watching scary movies, and spending time with her nieces, Emma, and Isabel. She resides in Lawrence with her partner Darin, and their Goldendoodle, Penny.
