Regional President, Southern Indiana

With nearly 30 years of banking experience, Tony has spent his career focusing on commercial banking and lending. He was recognized by the Northwestern Financial Review as a “Rising Star Banker” in 2009. The past seven years have been spent at First Financial Bank leading the Southern Indiana region.

Tony leads a team of nine, specializing in local industries which make the Southern IN region thrive, including manufacturing, distribution, wholesale and business services.

Staying active in the Columbus community, Tony currently serves on the Turning Point Board of Directors, First Tee Board, and is a past chair of Heritage Fund Board as well as Foundation for Youth and Greater Columbus IN Economic Development Board.

Bruce started his banking career more than 35 years ago in retail, and now focuses on business banking. He works with his partners to provide clients full business and personal relationships with the bank, some of which have been with him for more than 20 years.

Recognized for his work, Bruce has been awarded the Annual Pursuit of Excellence from MainSource Bank twice as a business banker. He is also very active in the community. Currently Bruce sits as President of Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Jackson County, Indiana. He is also a Board member of Boys & Girls Club of Seymour, Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, Jackson County Industrial Development Corporation, Seymour Industrial Corporation, and the Public Defenders Board of Jackson County.

From an early age Brittany was fascinated by business. She pursued her BS in Business Management and launched her banking career in 2005. Brittany is now living her passion each day by helping businesses grow in South Central Indiana.

Brittany’s personal mission is to add value to her clients by learning as much as she can about their business, providing ideas and solutions, and serving as their trusted advocate. She specializes in commercial lending, offering commercial real estate loans, operating lines of credit, equipment financing, and SBA loans.

A core value for Brittany is giving back to her community. She sits as a board member for the Foundation for Youth, the United Way of Bartholomew County, the Community Education Coalition, and the Greater Columbus Economic Development Corp. In addition, she is actively involved with the Bartholomew County Financial Literacy Coalition and New Life Missionary Baptist Church.

Brittany and her husband live in Columbus with their two children, three golden doodles and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, tackling DIY home projects, crafting of all kinds, and being outdoors.

Nearly 30 years in commercial banking and management, Doug has nurtured his relationships with clients from banker to trusted advisor. He has helped clients grow and acquire businesses. Through his team approach he has helped clients expand operations, grow and merge, and transition to new ownership.

Committed to doing the right thing for his clients is Doug's top priority and they recognize that. Doug leads his team in developing relationships, generating profitable referrals while maintaining a clean administrative portfolio.

Doug has been married for almost 30 years and has three boys. He is active in his community, and for the last six years he served at the ARC of Evansville. He is also involved with Evansville Christian Life Center.

David has more than 35 years of banking experience with a focus on Indirect Lending and Commercial Lending. He joined First Financial Bank in 2009 with the acquisition of Irwin Union Bank.

His impressive $35 million portfolio is comprised of top-tier commercial and industrial clients, all over Central Indiana. He works with large distributors, manufacturing companies, medical practice clients and investment real estate and has banked many of his clients for more than 15 years.

David stays committed to his community by volunteering every year with the United Way Day of Caring. He currently sits on the board of the Hawcreek Flat Rock Area Endowment and was previously the president of the Hope Area Chamber of Commerce.

When he’s not closing deals, David likes to relax and fish with his family on the lake.

Justin has more than 35 years of commercial banking experience advising and guiding middle market companies. He’s currently a Senior Commercial Banker at First Financial Bank serving the Southern Indiana market.

Justin has worked in International Banking throughout most of his career with a specialty in working with Japanese reinvestment in the US. He also has extensive experience working with manufacturing and distribution companies. He enjoys learning about his clients and helping them grow. 

Active community member, Justin sits on the board of St. Vincent de Paul and provides Volunteer Income Tax Assistance. In addition, he teaches yoga at the YMCA. Within the bank, Justin has received the Leader’s Circle award in 2021 and 2022. He’s a graduate from University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance and Japanese language.

Starting his banking career in 2009 as a manager-in-training, Tyler has gained experience in Retail Management, Corporate Training, and Wealth Management. He continues to focus on developing and servicing commercial banking relationships in Columbus and surrounding counties.

Tyler connects individuals and businesses to the services, programs, products, or organizations that positively impact their lives.  

Born and raised in Columbus, Tyler is very active in his community, serving on multiple boards including, The Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, Bartholomew Consolidated School Foundation and kidscommons. He is an active member of the Great Girls Wonderful Women committee, Bowl for Kids’ Sake Committee, Cap Adult Prom Committee, and Columbus Festival of Lights Committee.

Starting his career as a credit underwriter in 2002, Scott Poling has spent his entire career in commercial banking. He began working with the commercial lending group in 2010, and in 2012 he relocated his family to Columbus, IN where he serves the community as a commercial lender and Market President.

Over the last 21 years there are very few industries Scott hasn’t touched. He enjoys working with the bank’s commercial and industrial portfolio of manufacturers, distributors, and service providers, and has specific expertise in helping provide solutions for working capital, equipment, and owner-occupied real estate needs. He prioritizes adding value and provides a consultative approach with his clients.

Scott leads a team of lenders covering the Southern part of Indiana. The team’s top priority is helping local business owners with all their banking needs, through a holistic approach.

Active in the Columbus community, Scott serves on the Columbus Regional Health Foundation Board, the Resource Development committee for Su Casa and the Lilly Scholar Selection Committee through the Heritage Fund Community Foundation. He spent six years on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Bartholomew County, where he chaired the Agency Investment Committee, and is a past Treasurer and President of the Columbus Area Arts Council.

When he’s not in the office or volunteering, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and their two dogs.
