$15 MM line of credit

  • A Midwest grain elevator and farm supply store needed financing quickly to expand its main facility in anticipation of demand. In addition to a $15 million line of credit, we secured a $7.5 million real estate note, and $500,000 toward future capital expenditures.

Alternative agriculture venture

  • Growth often requires change, and flexibility. When a traditional farming operation sought us out to advise on diversification of production enterprises, we lined up a $3.9 million line of credit, a $1.5 million equipment lease, and $700,000 for investments.

$2.5 MM for livestock accommodations

  • Hogs can fill a building quickly, so when a growing hog operation needed credit to expand, we presented a fast finance package which included a $1.7 million FSA-guaranteed note on the facilities with $600,000 for expansion, a $150,000 note for equipment, and a $100,000 line of credit.
