Yellow Cardinal Mergers & Acquisitions is pleased to announce the sale of a full-service commercial landscaping services company serving over 120 customers in Ohio.  Yellow Cardinal was retained after a large strategic buyer, who has been highly acquisitive, pursued the company on a proprietary basis.  Given that the owner was nearing the age of retirement, he decided to entertain the thought of selling.  Yellow Cardinal was able to reach out to other buyers to ensure that there were multiple options for the seller.

Our client ended up being acquired by a company other than the strategic buyer who initially reached out to our client. The acquirer is a strategic buyer who operates in a contiguous geography and was looking to expand in the region where our client operates.
