Yellow Cardinal M&A Services is pleased to announce the sale of Engineered Plastics to new private owners of APL Manufacturing based in California. APL Manufacturing has six plants that specializes in Photochemical etching, Metal stamping, Brazing, Welding and Metals and Plastics finishing with capacity to run prototype to production run parts for Medical, Aerospace and Defense, Semiconductor, and various industrial markets. The new ownership group will build on Engineered Plastic’s historical success while pursuing additional growth opportunities that build on their other manufacturing facilities out of California and Michigan.

Engineered Plastics is an injection molding, assembly and recycling company serving various industries and a diverse portfolio of customers including point of purchase displays, lawn and garden, healthcare, non-cleanroom medical and appliances. Engineered Plastics has been serving customers since 1978 at their three plants in Erie, PA.
