The Company is renowned for its California Air Resources Board (CARB) certified suite of balance hanging hardware and proprietary GREEN MACHINE™, an environmental control system for underground storage tanks designed to manage pressure levels, recapture fugitive emissions, and harvest actionable data on GDF operations, all via a remote monitoring service. VST operates at the forefront of the retail fuel dispensing industry, thanks to innovative technologies that simultaneously address evolving regulatory demands, reduce environmental impact, and save operators money. Ancor is particularly enthusiastic about the opportunity to invest alongside Glenn Walker, the Majority Owner and CEO of VST. Glenn Walker will continue as CEO of VST.
