During the preview period, users should:

  • Confirm they can log in successfully.
  • Review their business profile, accounts, loans, and users.
  • Compare current online banking information with what appears in f1RSTNAVIGATOR.
  • Screenshot or save templates from your BankFinancial's online banking.
  • Download account history and statements you want to keep from BankFinancial's online banking.
  • Make note of recurring payments scheduled for June 8 or later, since those will need to be recreated.

If you are using Autobooks this will no longer connect to fIRSTNAVIGATOR, but you may still access Autobooks directly at autobooks.co.

You should download any account history and statements you want to keep before 5:00 PM Central on June 5, when access to BankFinancial online banking and Treasury Management tools ends. This is especially important for historical loan statements, which will not transfer to f1RSTNAVIGATOR.

On June 5 at 5:00 PM Central, access to BankFinancial online banking and Treasury Management tools ends. This is the last opportunity to:

  • Download statements or account history you want to keep
  • Save or screenshot templates
  • Review and document any setup details you may need to recreate later

Transactions will continue to process during the transition, and BankFinancial debit cards will continue to work.

Several items will need to be recreated or re-established after conversion, including:

  • Established user and system alerts.
  • Recurring payments scheduled for June 8 or after, including transfers, ACH, and wires.
  • Account maintenance performed between May 20 and June 5.
  • Certain user permissions, including permissions to manage transfer templates and consumer payments.
  • Account nicknames.
  • Historical loan statements.

Historical eStatements may take up to 8 weeks to populate.
