To open an account online you must be:

  • At least 18 years old (applicants under 18 can apply in a First Financial Bank financial center)
  • A U.S. Citizen or Resident Alien
  • A resident of Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, or Illinois

What you'll need:

  • 5-10 minutes
  • Social Security number
  • U.S. government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, or State-issued ID)
  • If you're opening a joint account, you'll need the email address of the joint applicant

To fund your new account, you’ll need:

  • A debit or credit card number with CVV code, in order to transfer funds to your new account

You’ll need to provide some personal information, including your:

  • Full name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Physical address (No P.O. Boxes)
  • Estimated gross annual income (income before taxes)

To sign up for online banking:

  • Click the “Sign In” link on the top right of our website
  • Below the username and password fields, select “enroll in Online Banking”
  • Provide the requested information including account number and Social Security number
  • After providing the information, click “Sign In” again and click “first time login” to sign in for the first time

If your card is lost, stolen, or you suspect fraudulent activity, let us know immediately by calling 877.322.9530, or contacting your local financial center. We will close the card and reissue you one with a new number that will arrive at your address within 7-10 business days.

If you previously had our Standard Visa debit card and would like the new one to be an FC Cincinnati debit card, just let us know and we can make the switch, so you have access to exclusive FC Cincinnati benefits. Don’t forget to update your new card number wherever you have it stored as you preferred method of payment, like shopping sites, apps, mobile wallets, or subscriptions.

Yes, you can add the FC Cincinnati debit card to your account at any time by calling 877.322.9530, or contacting your local financial center, in order to begin receiving exclusive FC Cincinnati benefits. Once requested, it will arrive at your address within 7-10 business days.

Nothing! Don’t worry, if the expiration date on your card is approaching, we will automatically send out a new one the month before it expires. Once you receive your new card, all you need to do is activate it and begin using.

Yes, you do! Please keep in mind the First Drink on Us benefit does not launch until June 22, 2024.

Yes, it does! You’ll need to pay for one drink with your FC Cincinnati Credit card and one drink with your FC Cincinnati Debit card to get both drinks reimbursed.

The First Drink on Us benefit comes in the form of a reimbursement. You'll see a credit for $12 posted to your account within 7-10 business days. Please contact us at 877.322.9530 if you don’t see the reimbursement in your account within 10 business days.

The First Drink on Us credit is one per card, not card holder. Only one $12 credit will be rewarded per credit card number.

You’ll be reimbursed for the first $12 you spend at a TQL Stadium Concession Stand. This includes alcoholic beverages, nonalcoholic beverages, and food. This does not include any kind of merchandise.

Yes! The First Drink on Us credit is one per card, so each unique FC Cincinnati debit card will receive a $12 credit, regardless of the account it is tied to.

When ordering tickets on SeatGeek, enter the promo code you received with your card in the promo code section before checkout in order to access qualifying inventory. If you no longer have this code, please give us a call at 877.322.9530 and we’ll be happy to help. When ordering tickets in-person at TQL Stadium, show your FC Cincinnati credit or debit card to qualify for your discount.

To receive the discount, present your FC Cincinnati credit or debit card at the team store. For online orders, visit mlsstore.com and enter the promo code you received with your card in the “Promo field” when checking out.7 If you no longer have this code, please give us a call at 877.322.9530 and we’ll be happy to help.
