How to set up internal and external transfers
You can use the app and online banking to transfer money from one First Financial Bank account to the other. If you need to send money to or from another bank or financial institution, you'll need to call our Client First Center or visit a financial center to opt in.

How to set up transfers through the app
To make a transfer to another First Financial account, select the “Transfer” button on your app dashboard.
Select the account you would like to transfer from and select the account you would like to transfer to, and enter the dollar amount. Then click on “Submit.”
To make an external transfer (transfer to another bank, credit union, or financial institution), click the three lines on the top left of your screen to bring up the navigation menu.
Select "Transfers."
Select “Transfer to other institutions” to add an external account.
After you call or visit a financial center to opt in, to make an external transfer (transfer to another bank, credit union, or financial institution), click the three lines on the top left of your screen to bring up the navigation menu. Select "Add external account."
Enter the external account’s information including routing and account number.
You’ll receive two small transactions over the course of a few days that you’ll use to verify your external account. Once your account is verified, select it from the external accounts list to schedule a transfer.
