How to update your address, email, or phone number

Periodically updating your contact information is one of the best things you can do to help secure your accounts against fraud while ensuring you never miss an important message.

How to update your contact information on the app

Select the circle with your initials (or profile image) on the top right to bring up your profile.

On this screen you can update your address, email, and phone number. Due to security policies, you may be asked to enter your password. 

If you change your address, you’ll receive a message that your update has been submitted for approval. Select “OK” and we will handle the rest. 

If you update your email address or phone number, you'll need to provide your password and then press “Submit.”

How to update your contact information in online banking

Step 1:

To change your contact information on desktop:

  • Click the circle with your initials (or profile picture) at the top of the screen on the right hand side.
  • Then click "Profile".

Step 2:

  • To update your address: Select edit address and make your changes. Once you click save, you'll receive confirmation that your change has been submitted for approval. 
  • To update your phone number: Select edit email and make your changes. You'll need to enter your password and hit submit to confirm your updates.
  • To change your email: Select edit phone numbers and make your changes. You'll need to enter your password and hit submit to confirm your updates.
