Frequently asked questions

The Yellow Cardinal Client Portal allows you to view all your account information in an easy-to-navigate platform. Note: eligibility for access may vary for Trust accounts. Please consult your account officer or coordinator for specific registration steps.

No. If you are a Yellow Cardinal client, access to the portal is free.

Yes. If you are also a First Financial Bank client, you will continue to access your account information using the Online Banking tool.

Select the Forgot Password button on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an added layer of security that helps us validate your identity each time you log in.

After setting up your account, you will be asked to choose a method of verification (by phone or email) and will have to enter the answer to a selected security question. After that question is answered correctly, a 6-digit code is sent. Once you receive the code, enter the value in the dialog box to proceed to the dashboard.
